Where a client hires LBL Studio to photograph or record its:

the client is responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining any permissions, releases or consents required from those individuals, unless LBL Studio expressly agrees in writing to assume that responsibility.

The client is also responsible for securing required rights or permissions concerning:

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • Artwork

  • Music

Confidential projects

LBL Studio will handle project materials in accordance with applicable contractual confidentiality obligations.

Clients should identify embargoed, confidential, proprietary or commercially sensitive information in writing before production or delivery.
